Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
We start with an initial 6 month agreement to ensure we have the time needed to properly set up, optimize, and stabilize your property for long term success.
After the initial term, the agreement transitions to a month to month agreement giving you flexibility moving forward.
If you choose to terminate within the first 6 months, you may do so at anytime; however, an early termination fee will apply.
How do you handle guest disputes or damages?
Our team mediates disputes professionally and facilitates claims for damages to ensure you are compensated.
Can I still use my property for personal stays?
Absolutely! Your property remains yours. You can block off dates anytime for personal use, family visits, or special occasions. We simply coordinate around your calendar to maximize income when you’re not using it.
